Refund & Return Policy

No Return / No Exchange

All orders are final. We do not accept return or exchanges under any circumstances.

This includes change of mind, fragrance preference, or opened/used products.

Damaged or Defective Products

Refunds are only applicable if the product is received damaged or defective.

  • Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
  • Unboxing video is mandatory (from sealed package)
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

Without valid unboxing proof, the claim will be rejected.

Refunds

  • Approved cases will be refunded to the original payment method
  • No replacements will be provided
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval

Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (if return is requested by us after approval).

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, a partial refund may be issued depending on product condition.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
