Auré Roma sells perfumes, attars, bakhoor, and inspired fragrances.

Prices range from ₹250 to ₹50,000. Prices may change at any time without prior notice. Product images are for representation and may vary slightly.

All orders are subject to manual approval. Auré Roma reserves the right to accept or reject any order.

Orders may be cancelled if the customer is unresponsive during confirmation.

We offer prepaid payments via Razorpay and Cash on Delivery (COD).

COD Fee: ₹49

Prepaid Discount: ₹50

Orders above ₹3000 require 20% advance and 80% on delivery.

COD orders require confirmation. Fake or unverified orders will be cancelled.

Users placing fake orders may be permanently blocked.

Metro Cities: 2–3 days

Other Locations: 3–7 days

Delays may occur due to logistics or external factors. Auré Roma will provide updates but is not liable for delays beyond control.

No returns allowed except for damaged products.

Customer must record full unboxing video. Claims without video proof will be rejected.

Must be reported within 7 days. Product must be unused.

Resolution: Replacement or refund.

Orders can be cancelled before shipping only. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

Only customers who purchased can review. Reviews may include JPG images and require admin approval. Auré Roma can remove any review anytime.

By uploading content, you allow Auré Roma to use it for display and marketing.

Users must provide accurate information and not misuse the platform. Fraudulent activity may result in account suspension or ban.

All content including logos, images, text, and design is the property of Auré Roma and cannot be used without permission.

Auré Roma is not liable for indirect damages, delivery delays, or misuse of products. Maximum liability is limited to the order value.

Auré Roma reserves the right to cancel suspicious orders, block users, and restrict COD access.
