Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

• Metro cities: 3–4 business days
• Other locations: up to 7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders incur an additional charge of ₹49.

Courier Partners

Orders are shipped via trusted logistics partners such as Shiprocket and iThink Logistics.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via SMS or email.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times. If the order is not accepted, it will be marked as failed delivery.

Failed Delivery

If a customer refuses delivery or is unavailable after multiple attempts:

• The order will be cancelled
• Cash on Delivery (COD) option may be permanently disabled for that user

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders may be verified before dispatch. If incorrect or incomplete details are provided, the order may be cancelled.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that appears suspicious or high-risk.
